The bunsanweb project has been running for over ten years, during which time we've changed focus and direction a number of times.
As such, our documentation uses inconsistant terminology depending on when it was created.
We're working hard to get everything aligned and up to date.
In the meantime, these slides we prepared for the Decentralized Web Summit 2018 describes the most current state of bunsanweb. We think it will provide the best entry point to let you know what we're working on.
bunsanweb was started a from a desire to create an environment in which programs could use each other as resources in a loosely-coupled manner like on the worldwide web.
